Returns & Exchanges

Whilst we hope that in every instance you are more than delighted with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, or offer an exchange; whichever you prefer.

We accept returns at any time within 30 days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, we can either send out a brand-new item as a replacement or offer a full refund.

We try our utmost to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but on the rare occasion that something does go wrong we’ll do all we can to rectify the problem.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used to place your order.

Returns – Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible on 01787 828745 or email me at luan@purrfectcatgifts.co.uk. I can then arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.

Returns – Unwanted Items

All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee, so if you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with any original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.

To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call our Customer Services team on 01787 828745 first, or email me at luan@purrfectcatgifts.co.uk as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Extended Return Policy for Christmas Gifts. You may return Christmas purchases (orders placed between November 1st and December 25th) until January 31st.


Seconds and discontinued items are non returnable as they are reduced due to not meeting our strict quality control standards.
